INTRODUCTION:
Welcome to our first and weekly "blog". Being older and what I would like to be called as a little older "gentleman" I had to look up blogs which turns out to be written entries, often in a diary style. It can include personal reflections and news and most importantly blogs invite and encourage interaction with the readers and others for comments and thoughts.
With that being said a short introduction is in store. Bailey Properties, Inc has been in business for close to 35+/- years. I have been in the agriculture, farming and cattle business for close to 45+/- years with actual hands-on experience. I feel like there are not many people that have this type of experience in the land sales business. I have personally bought and sold thousands of acres of land. This business started as a strictly land business which is what I know and love. About five years ago my son, Taylor, after a successful sales and management career in a large international company decided to join Bailey Properties, He has been instrumental in moving BPINC (Bailey Properties Inc) to the next level and especially with the marketing and internet. Taylor has also expanded BPINC into commercial sales. When we represented a major company in one of the larger leases in Clayton, MO this year and also into residential sales with large listings and sales as well as selling several large businesses. Taylor is a natural salesman and people love him.
We have a large family and we have three full time in-house attorneys, one specializing in real estate law, one in business law and one in criminal law. So we have all the bases covered. We also have a CPA with an MBA who has worked at one of the major accounting firms and now is in financial planning, once again we have all the bases covered.
Bailey Properties, Inc is a small "boutique" land brokerage business that does not try to copy large brokerage houses and the many part time realtors that take up space. We have what we consider the best possible team that cares about our clients and can offer everything and more than the typical real estate houses. We are proud to be a small business that many people consider to be the best farm and land sales company in the state of Missouri. We take our relationships with our clients very seriously and we're very proud of our many referrals.
