Major Achievement - Securing the Perfect Space:
After touring multiple properties, we collaborated with CBRE to find the ideal location for NewGround’s new headquarters. We secured 19,260 square feet at the Hanley Corporate Tower, located at 101 South Hanley Road, Clayton, MO 63105, on a long-term lease. The space is now undergoing renovations to meet NewGround’s specifications, ensuring it will perfectly suit their needs for years to come.
